With years of experience as a psychotherapist in various settings, I specialize in supporting individuals through life’s challenges.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, burnout, and life transitions. I specialize in treating disordered eating and binge eating, offering support for those seeking lasting change and food freedom.

With experience in both hospital and private practice settings, I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, IPT, ACT, and Mindfulness to address not just the behaviours associated with eating challenges, but the underlying emotional and psychological factors as well. My goal is to help you break free from the cycle and foster a healthier relationship with food.

In addition, I support individuals navigating metabolic and hormonal disorders that may contribute to disordered eating patterns. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques and practical skills, I help clients manage both their health conditions and eating behaviors in a balanced, sustainable way.

Perinatal Loss, Grief & Birth Trauma

I offer compassionate support for individuals who have experienced perinatal loss or birth trauma, helping you navigate the grief, anxiety, and trauma that can accompany such experiences. Whether you’ve faced pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or difficult birth experiences, I provide a safe, understanding space where you can process and heal at your own pace.

 

In addition to my professional training and expertise, I bring a deep, personal understanding of loss, as I’ve walked that path myself. This lived experience allows me to offer unique empathy and insight into the healing process.

I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all, including those who have experienced termination for medical reasons (TFMR).
